材料:

  • 4片鱈魚片
  • 1顆大雞蛋,打散
  • 1杯麵包屑(自製)
  • 1/4杯帕瑪森起司(磨碎)
  • 生菜
  • 刺山柑
  • 萊姆汁

製作說明:

  1. 將魚片浸入打散的蛋液中,然後裹上混合的帕瑪森起司和自製麵包屑。
  2. 接著可以選擇將魚片放在塗了油的烤盤上,若喜歡可將剩餘的麵包屑壓在魚片上。
  3. 在魚片上噴上油,或淋上少許油或融化的黃油,然後放入預熱的烤箱中,烤至熟透並呈金黃色。
  4. 或者,您也可以選擇用平底鍋煎至金黃。
  5. 將魚片放在生菜床上,撒上刺山柑,並擠上萊姆汁,即可上桌享用。
