如何製作義大利漢堡?

材料:

  • 義大利香腸絞肉
  • 牛肉漢堡排
  • 1/3杯義大利調味麵包屑
  • 稍微加熱的馬里納拉醬
  • 1/4磅新鮮莫札瑞拉起司,切片
  • 新鮮羅勒葉
  • 8個漢堡麵包
  • 烤大蒜黃油

製作說明:

  1. 將義大利香腸、牛肉漢堡排和麵包屑混合,並製成8個漢堡排。
  2. 切片起司,放在一旁備用。
  3. 將羅勒葉分開,放在一旁備用。
  4. 用準備好的烤大蒜黃油塗抹漢堡麵包。
  5. 將烤架預熱至中火,開始烤漢堡排。當漢堡排煮到一半時,開始準備麵包,將麵包放在烤架上烤。當麵包烤好後,將其取出並擺放一旁,直到漢堡排烤好。
  6. 當漢堡排烤好後,將一片起司放在每塊漢堡排上融化。
