- 使用小刀在西冷烤肉上戳孔,將杜松果和大蒜瓣插入。在荷蘭鍋或其他帶蓋重鍋中,將油加熱至中高溫。(鍋子應該能夠容納整塊烤肉,而不留太多空隙。)將烤肉調味,撒上鹽和胡椒,並將其四面煎至金黃色。
