材料:

  • 4片約翰多利魚柳
  • 1顆紅蔥頭,去皮並切得非常細
  • 1湯匙薄荷葉,切細
  • 1/2杯香菜葉
  • 1根紅辣椒,切薄片
  • 3厘米生薑,切絲
  • 2湯匙魚露
  • 1湯匙軟紅糖
  • 1湯匙醬油
  • 3顆青檸,取汁
  • 1/4杯麵粉

製作說明:

  1. 製作醬汁時,將魚露、紅糖、醬油和青檸汁混合在一起,然後放置一旁備用。
  2. 在高火上加熱煎鍋,加入一些橄欖油。將約翰多利魚柳撒上麵粉,並用鹽和胡椒調味。將魚柳放入鍋中煎1分鐘,然後翻面,再煎1分鐘(如果魚柳較厚,可能需要每面再煮一會兒)。從鍋中取出。
  3. 將一把香草沙拉放在每片魚柳上,然後淋上醬汁。
