如何準備煙燻紅椒約翰多利魚?

供食用:
2人份

材料:

  • 1/4杯軟化的黃油
  • 1茶匙煙燻辣椒粉
  • 1湯匙橄欖油
  • 4片約翰多利魚片,每片180克
  • 適量鹽
  • 1個檸檬,切成楔形

製作說明:

  1. 將黃油和煙燻辣椒粉混合均勻,備用。
  2. 加熱不沾鍋,直到鍋子非常熱,然後加入橄欖油。
  3. 將魚排撒上鹽,放入鍋中,皮面朝下。為了防止魚片捲曲,用力將魚片壓在鍋中,保持1分鐘。
  4. 煮2分鐘後翻面。翻面後,將混合的黃油放入鍋中,開始用黃油澆淋魚片。再澆淋2分鐘。
  5. 將魚片從鍋中取出,搭配檸檬楔塊一起上桌。
