材料:

  • 500 克羊絞肉
  • 2 湯匙橄欖油
  • 1 顆大洋蔥,切碎
  • 2 瓣大蒜,切碎
  • 400 克(14 盎司)罐裝切碎李子番茄
  • 2 湯匙番茄醬
  • 2 茶匙肉桂粉
  • 200 克(7 盎司)橄欖油醃炭烤茄子,瀝乾後切碎
  • 200 克(7 盎司)費塔起司,搗碎
  • 3 湯匙新鮮薄荷,切碎

製作說明:

  1. 炒香羊絞肉:在大而淺的鍋中加熱橄欖油,放入洋蔥和大蒜,炒至變軟。加入羊絞肉,翻炒 3-4 分鐘,直到表面呈金黃色。
  2. 調味與燉煮:倒入切碎的番茄,加入番茄醬和肉桂粉,撒上適量的鹽和黑胡椒調味。讓羊絞肉燉煮 20 分鐘,並在 10 分鐘後加入炭烤茄子。
