如何準備醃製側翼牛排?

原料:

  • 2片側翼牛排
  • 4湯匙無鹽黃油
  • 3瓣蒜末
  • 1湯匙檸檬汁
  • 1湯匙切碎的歐芹
  • 2湯匙橄欖油
  • 1 根瘀傷迷迭香枝
  • 鹽和胡椒調味

方法

  1. 解凍側翼牛排
  2. 將黃油、大蒜、檸檬汁、歐芹、橄欖油、迷迭香混合到一個大碗中
  3. 將側翼牛排放入拉鍊袋中,將混合物倒入袋中,確保牛排被完全包裹
  4. 醃製過夜
  5. 將平底鍋加熱至最高溫度並加入黃油
  6. 將醃製好的牛腩放入鍋中,將混合物倒入
  7. 每面煎3分鐘
  8. 休息一下,準備上菜!
