如何用茴香和西紅柿準備橙色粗魚?

原料:

  • 1個小茴香球莖,切成薄片
  • 2湯匙橄欖油
  • 1個西葫蘆,切成薄片
  • 1個中等大小的洋蔥,切碎
  • 4個成熟的西紅柿,切碎
  • 3瓣大蒜,去皮壓碎
  • 1茶匙干百里香
  • 黑胡椒
  • 4湯匙白葡萄酒
  • 6 塊橙色粗魚片

指示:

  1. 將烤箱加熱至氣體標記 6、200C 或 400F
  2. 取一個足夠大的烤盤,將魚片放在一層,然後倒入一湯匙橄欖油。
  3. 加入蔬菜和大蒜,攪拌均勻,讓它們裹上油——用少許鹽和胡椒調味,然後加入百里香。
  4. 烘烤大約 20 分鐘。
  5. 加入橙色的粗魚,倒在酒和剩餘的油上——給魚片調味。
