如何製作烤箱焗伊比利豬扒?
材料:
乾香料醃料
製作說明:
- 預熱烤箱至華氏375度(約攝氏190度)。在烤盤上鋪鋁箔紙或烘焙紙,方便清理。
- 在一個小碗中混合乾香料醃料的所有材料。
- 用廚房紙巾把豬扒表面擦乾。淋上橄欖油並均勻塗抹,然後用乾香料醃料為豬扒兩面調味,確保香料均勻覆蓋。
- 將豬扒放在已準備好的烤盤上。
- 放入烤箱烘烤約20至25分鐘,或直到豬肉的內部溫度達到華氏140至145度(約攝氏60至63度)。請參考餘溫效應的說明,決定何時將豬扒從烤箱中取出。
- 從烤箱取出後,蓋上鋁箔紙靜置5至10分鐘。靜置期間肉汁會重新分布(餘溫效應),內部溫度會上升約5至10度。完成後即可上桌享用。
