如何準備焗烤豬里肌排?
材料:
製作說明:
- 將烤箱預熱至華氏375度(約攝氏190度)。在烤盤上鋪上鋁箔紙或烘焙紙以方便清理。
- 在一個小碗中混合所有乾香料醃料的材料。
- 用廚房紙巾將豬排擦乾,淋上橄欖油並均勻塗抹,再撒上調好的乾香料,兩面都要抹勻。
- 將豬排放在已備好的烤盤上。
- 放入烤箱烘烤20至25分鐘,或直到豬肉的內部溫度達到華氏140至145度(約攝氏60至63度)。請參考餘溫烹調的說明,決定何時從烤箱取出。
- 從烤箱取出後,用鋁箔紙輕輕蓋住,靜置5至10分鐘。此時肉的溫度會因餘溫烹調而持續上升約5至10度,並讓肉質更均勻。完成後即可享用。
