燉牛尾食譜

製作說明
- 鍋中倒入少許油,燒熱;加入糖並使其焦糖化(小心不要燒焦)
- 加入牛尾,煎至金黃色
- 加入洋蔥,炒至軟;加鹽調味
- 加入蒜瓣和青椒攪拌
- 加入所有香料,煮 2 分鐘
- 加入番茄醬攪拌
- 加入西紅柿,煮 2-3 分鐘
- 倒入紅酒和雞湯
- 小火慢煮長達 4 小時(在烹飪之間加水)
