  • 4 片鰺魚柳
  • 50 克軟化的黃油
  • 1/2 茶匙煙熏紅椒粉
  • 1 湯匙橄欖油
  • 鹽,根據口味調味
  • 1 顆檸檬,切成楔形

製作說明

  1. 將黃油和煙熏紅椒粉混合均勻,備用。將一個大煎鍋加熱至非常熱,然後加入橄欖油。將魚排撒上鹽調味,然後將魚柳放入鍋中,皮朝下,用魚壓或鍋鏟的背面輕輕按壓約 1 分鐘,防止魚柳翹起。
  2. 煎約 2 分鐘,然後翻面,加入煙熏紅椒黃油,隨著黃油融化,將其塗抹在魚柳上。繼續煎 2 分鐘,直到魚柳熟透,黃油起泡。將魚柳從鍋中取出,立即上桌,搭配檸檬楔片一起享用。
