- 將黃油和煙熏紅椒粉混合均勻,備用。將一個大煎鍋加熱至非常熱,然後加入橄欖油。將魚排撒上鹽調味,然後將魚柳放入鍋中,皮朝下,用魚壓或鍋鏟的背面輕輕按壓約 1 分鐘,防止魚柳翹起。
