- 用紙巾將鯛魚片拍乾,兩面用鹽和胡椒調味。
- 在平底鍋中加入橄欖油,以中高火燒熱。 油熱後,放入鯛魚片,魚皮朝下。 烹調約 4-5 分鐘,直到魚皮變脆並呈金黃色。 翻轉鯛魚片,再煮 2-3 分鐘,直到魚肉不透明且熟透。 將魚片從平底鍋中取出,放在一旁。
- 在同一平底鍋中,將火調至中小火。 加入切碎的蔥,煮至變軟並呈半透明狀,約 2-3 分鐘。
- 倒入白葡萄酒和白葡萄酒醋,將火調至中火。 讓混合物小火慢燉,直至湯汁減少一半,約 3-4 分鐘。
