北京烤鴨生菜包食譜

鹹香的北京烤鴨絲,搭配脆脆的馬蹄、薑和海鮮醬,用酥脆的生菜杯盛裝,再撒上炸紅蔥。

材料
製作說明
- 依照包裝指示加熱北京烤鴨,將烤鴨腿從包裝中取出。將鴨腿肉撕成絲,備用。
- 在炒鍋中加熱食用油,以大火翻炒蒜末、青蔥、荸薺、紅蘿蔔和薑約 2 分鐘。將蔬菜盛出備用。
- 將鴨肉加入炒鍋中,以大火翻炒約 2 分鐘,加入海鮮醬拌勻,然後把蔬菜倒回鍋中繼續翻炒 1 分鐘,最後拌入豆芽後關火。
- 將炒好的鴨肉混合物舀入準備好的萵苣杯中,撒上油蔥酥與香菜葉裝飾。立即搭配海鮮醬一起享用。
