鳳梨楓糖蜜烤火腿食譜

盡情享受節慶風情的蜜汁火腿,表面點綴著鳳梨與櫻桃,造型精美。這道簡單食譜融合甜味與辛香,是特殊場合與家庭聚會的完美選擇!
材料
- 5 罐 x 440 克 鳳梨片(含汁),瀝乾,保留鳳梨汁
製作說明
- 烤箱預熱至180°C。將烤箱架置於最低層,並在大型烤盤內鋪上烘焙紙。
- 取一鍋,混合紅糖、楓糖漿、五香粉及預留的125毫升鳳梨汁。以小火加熱至糖溶解,轉文火續煮5分鐘。
- 在火腿腿部周圍劃出鋸齒狀刀痕,去除表皮。以鳳梨圈與糖漬櫻桃裝飾火腿,必要時用牙籤固定。
- 烤盤注水後將火腿置於烤架上。刷上三分之一糖漿,烘烤40分鐘。轉動烤盤,淋入剩餘糖漿的一半,續烤40分鐘至表面金黃。
- 刷上剩餘糖漿,靜置15分鐘後切片。拔除牙籤即可享用!
