製作說明
- 用鹽和黑胡椒醃豬肉約 20 分鐘。
- 將麵粉和玉米粉混合放入碗中攪拌均勻。
- 在鍋中加熱 2 杯油,溫度約為 150-160°C。
- 將豬排兩面均勻裹上一層薄薄的麵粉混合物,然後沾上蛋液。
- 再裹上麵包粉,放入油中炸至金黃色,約需 4-5 分鐘。
- 撈起放在網架或鋪有廚紙的盤子上,吸去多餘油份,靜置 3-4 分鐘。
- 將所有醬汁材料放入鍋中加熱烹煮約 4 分鐘,靜置幾分鐘使味道融合。
- 建議醬汁與天婦羅分開盛放,食用時再淋上,以免麵衣變軟。
