材料

  • 8 至 12 塊去筋修清的羊架切塊
  • 適量鹽和黑胡椒
  • 4 湯匙切碎的歐芹(parsley)
  • 1 茶匙切碎的百里香(thyme)
  • 75 克 麵包糠
  • 一小塊牛油,融化
  • 1 湯匙優質芥末醬

製作說明

  1. 將焗爐預熱至 200°C(400°F),煤氣標記6。
  2. 用鹽和胡椒調味羊架,放入預熱焗爐焗10分鐘。
  3. 同時製作香草酥皮:將香草、麵包糠、調味料和牛油混合均勻。
  4. 10分鐘後取出羊架,將芥末均勻地塗抹在羊架表面,然後將香草麵包糠混合物鋪在上面並壓緊。
  5. 再放回焗爐焗25分鐘。完成後靜置5至10分鐘,然後切割成單塊羊架切塊即可享用。
