香草酥皮烤羊架食譜

材料
製作說明
- 將焗爐預熱至 200°C(400°F),煤氣標記6。
- 用鹽和胡椒調味羊架,放入預熱焗爐焗10分鐘。
- 同時製作香草酥皮:將香草、麵包糠、調味料和牛油混合均勻。
- 10分鐘後取出羊架,將芥末均勻地塗抹在羊架表面,然後將香草麵包糠混合物鋪在上面並壓緊。
- 再放回焗爐焗25分鐘。完成後靜置5至10分鐘,然後切割成單塊羊架切塊即可享用。
