材料

  • 歐洲球芽甘藍(900 克)
  • 3 湯匙特級初榨橄欖油
  • ¾ 茶匙猶太鹽
  • ½ 茶匙現磨黑胡椒
  • 1 湯匙黑醋
  • 1 茶匙蜂蜜

製作說明

  1. 在烹調前先將球芽甘藍解凍。
  2. 將焗爐預熱至 425°F(約 220°C),並將烤架置於中層位置。用厚鋁箔紙鋪好焗盤。
  3. 將球芽甘藍直接放在已準備好的焗盤上,加入 2 湯匙橄欖油、鹽和黑胡椒拌勻。放入焗爐烘烤,期間翻動一次,烤至柔軟且表面呈金黃色,約需 20 分鐘。
  4. 取出後,淋上剩餘 1 湯匙橄欖油、黑醋及蜂蜜,再拌勻,使其均勻包裹在球芽甘藍上。最後試味,如有需要可再調味,即可上碟享用。
