材料

  • 1品脫球芽甘藍(約1磅)
  • 4至6湯匙特級初榨橄欖油(足夠覆蓋鍋底)
  • 5瓣蒜頭,去皮
  • 適量鹽和黑胡椒
  • 1湯匙意大利黑醋

製作說明

  1. 將焗爐預熱至 400°F(約 200°C)。將球芽甘藍底部修剪乾淨,然後縱向切半。加熱鑄鐵鍋中的橄欖油,用中高火加熱至油開始閃爍,將球芽甘藍切面朝下,單層鋪在鍋中。加入蒜頭,灑上鹽和黑胡椒調味。
