材料
製作說明
- 將烤箱預熱至 230°C。
- 如果骨髓是對切的,將其切面朝上排列在烤盤中。
- 把百里香枝放在骨髓下方,並撒上一些百里香葉在表面。
- 將烤盤放入烤箱中,烘烤 20 至 25 分鐘,或直到表面微微上色,但骨髓尚未從骨頭中滑出為止。
- 將洋香芹、切碎的酸豆與檸檬汁放入碗中攪拌,並加入少許黑胡椒調味。
- 食用時,將烤好的骨髓挖出,塗抹在略為烤過的法式長棍麵包上,並在上面加一點洋香芹混合醬即可享用。
