材料

  • 1 包 海洋捕撈優質菲利普斯鹽胡椒裹粉波羅魚柳
  • 4 顆 中型馬鈴薯,去皮並切成大塊
  • 2 根 中型節瓜,切成四分之一並切成大塊
  • 1 顆 中型紅甜椒,去籽並切碎
  • 1/2 杯 乾麵包粉
  • 1/4 杯 橄欖油
  • 1 瓣 大蒜,切片
  • 適量 辣椒粉
  • 適量 鹽與現磨黑胡椒

製作說明

  1. 將烤箱預熱至 400°F(約 200°C)。
  2. 在一個中型烤盤中,將馬鈴薯、節瓜、紅甜椒、麵包粉、橄欖油和大蒜拌勻。加鹽、胡椒和辣椒粉調味。
  3. 將烤盤放入預熱的烤箱中,偶爾攪拌,烘烤約 1 小時,直到馬鈴薯變軟並微微變色。
  4. 與鹽胡椒波羅魚柳一同享用。
