- 將一個大鑄鐵鍋或類似底部厚實的鍋具放在中大火上加熱 4 分鐘。加入橄欖油。當油熱且光亮(但還未開始冒煙)時,旋轉鍋子讓油均勻覆蓋鍋底,然後加入對半切的布魯塞爾芽甘藍。輕輕搖晃鍋子並輕推芽甘藍,確保盡可能多的芽甘藍切面朝下。讓它們完全不被打擾地靜置 5 至 8 分鐘,直到它們表面呈現深色、香脆的焦化色。
