鱸魚柳配牛油果莎莎食譜

製作說明
- 在一個小碗中,將橄欖油、融化的奶油、醬油、薑粉和剩下的檸檬汁攪拌均勻。將魚放入淺盤中,將醃料倒在魚上,翻動魚片直到每塊魚都裹上醃料。將盤子放入冰箱,醃製時間不超過 15 至 20 分鐘。
- 製作牛油果莎莎:將切好的牛油果丁、切碎的墨西哥辣椒、切碎的大蒜、1 顆檸檬的汁和香菜放入小碗中,加入一撮鹽。攪拌均勻,放一旁備用。
- 在中大火的鍋中加熱。先將鱸魚皮面朝下煎,煎至兩面金黃。每面煎約 4 分鐘,直到魚肉完全熟透(實際時間會根據魚柳的厚度而有所不同)。當魚肉可以用叉子輕鬆剝開時,即表示已熟。
- 將煎好的魚熱熱地上桌,並加上牛油果莎莎。可根據口味再加鹽調味,並用紅辣椒片作為裝飾。
