製作說明
- 在平底鍋中加熱橄欖油和奶油。將魚柳調味後放入鍋中,皮朝下。用大火煎 3 分鐘,或直到魚皮變脆,奶油開始變色。翻轉魚柳,再煎 1 至 2 分鐘,直到煮熟為止。將魚柳從鍋中取出,保持溫暖。
- 將大白菜和豌豆加入鍋中,翻炒均勻,讓蔬菜裹上奶油。當白菜變軟後,倒入蘋果酒並充分調味。煮沸後繼續煮 2 分鐘,或直到液體略微減少。
- 上桌時,將白菜和豌豆混合物分成 2 盤,並在每盤上放一片鱸魚柳。淋上蘋果酒奶油醬汁。
