慢煮牛肋排食譜

品嚐我們的嫩牛肋排,在濃郁的紅酒醬汁中慢火烹煮,加入大蒜,再點綴上香脆的培根和蘑菇。這道令人舒適的菜餚最適合任何聚會!
材料
製作說明
- 將牛肋排沿骨頭切開,用鹽和胡椒調味。
- 在煎鍋中加熱橄欖油。加入牛肋骨煎至顏色變深、豐富。
- 將大蒜球切成兩半,放在牛肋骨旁邊以增添香味。
- 加入蕃茄醬攪拌,製成濃稠的肉汁。倒入整瓶紅酒,煮沸後轉小火。
- 加入高湯(牛肉或雞肉),並用鋁箔蓋上鍋。以約 170°C 至 180°C 的溫度烹煮 2.5 小時。
- 煮熟後,將大蒜搗碎並過濾,製成滑順的醬汁。上桌前用煙肉碎、蘑菇和香芹裝飾。
