製作說明
- 在大鍋中加熱橄欖油,將洋蔥煎炒 5 分鐘。加入米和大蒜,繼續煮 2 分鐘,並不斷攪拌。加入三分之一的高湯,煮 20 分鐘。繼續用小火煮,偶爾攪拌,直到高湯被吸收,然後加入剩下的一半高湯,繼續煮,並增加攪拌頻率,直到這部分高湯被吸收。
