材料
- 600 克 Kipfler 馬鈴薯,刷洗乾淨,縱向切半
製作說明
- 預熱烤箱至攝氏200度。將馬鈴薯、一半的大蒜和一半的橄欖油放入大烤盤中拌勻。加鹽與黑胡椒調味,烤10分鐘。
- 同時,將紅椒粉、孜然、辣椒粉、剩下的大蒜與橄欖油放入小碗中混合。將香料混合物均勻抹在羊排上,並以鹽與胡椒調味。將羊排放在烤過的馬鈴薯上,再撒上洋蔥。繼續烘烤25分鐘。
- 在羊排與馬鈴薯上擺放甜椒與番茄,並輕輕噴上橄欖油噴霧。再烘烤10至15分鐘,或直到羊排達到喜歡的熟度,蔬菜變軟。
- 將羊排移至盤中,用鋁箔紙蓋上,靜置10分鐘。將羊排切塊分份。將蔬菜混合物分裝至餐盤上,鋪上羽衣甘藍,再放上羊排。搭配檸檬角與薄荷一起享用。
