製作說明
- 將焗爐預熱至攝氏220度。把排骨放在有托盤的鐵架上焗1小時。如想加強風味,可每15分鐘塗一次醃汁。
- 如用戶外燒烤爐烹調,先關上蓋預熱,然後將排骨放在鐵架上烤至表面上色並完全熟透。
- 剩餘的醃汁可用作淋醬,但必須先煮滾並用中小火煮2分鐘,才能使用,因為生豬肉曾浸泡其中,否則有污染風險。或可重新製作一份醃汁,煮滾後再煮2分鐘至稍微濃稠。配沙律和/或焗薯一起享用。
