1 x EUROPEAN BLUEBERRIES & STRAWBERRIES (400G)
½ cup vegetable oil
1 cup milk
3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons strawberry jam
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease 12 muffins cups or line with paper liners.
2. Whisk oil, milk, & eggs together in a bowl. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, & salt together in a separate bowl; fold in strawberries, blueberries, & jam. Stir milk mixture into flour mixture until just combined. Fill muffin cups with batter.
3. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the centre of a muffin comes out clean, about 25 minutes. Cool in the muffin tin for 10 minutes before removing to cool completely on a wire rack.
