雞肉釀椰菜食譜

製作說明
- 將一大鍋水煮沸。小心地將椰菜去芯。將整顆椰菜放入沸水中約 5-7 分鐘,直到菜葉變得柔軟。取出並放涼。
- 在混合碗中,將免治雞肉、煮熟的米、切碎的洋蔥、蒜茸、牛至、百里香、鹽、胡椒和雞蛋(如果使用)混合。攪拌均勻。
- 捲心菜冷卻後,輕輕地分開葉子。取最大的外層葉子,填入混合雞肉泥,將邊緣摺起來,包住餡料。重複上述動作,直到用完所有餡料。
- 在平底鍋中加入蕃茄丁、雞肉湯、蕃茄醬、糖、鹽和胡椒。煮沸。
- 將烤箱預熱至 180°C (350°F)。在烤箱適用的大鍋或盤子中,將椰菜放在中央。將醬汁倒在椰菜上,確保完全覆蓋。
- 蓋上鍋蓋或錫紙並烘烤約 1 到 1.5 小時,或直到雞肉熟透、椰菜變軟。
- 小心地將椰菜從鍋或盤中取出。切成片狀,上桌前用新鮮香草裝飾。
