迷迭香烤番茄
製作說明
- 將戰斧牛排用大量海鹽與適量現磨黑胡椒調味,然後以中至中高火的火爐燒烤,偶爾翻面,直到達到你喜歡的熟度(五分熟約需 35–40 分鐘)。將牛排轉移至托盤上,放在溫暖處靜置 15 分鐘。
- 同時,準備迷迭香烤番茄:將所有材料放入可耐火的平底鍋中,讓番茄單層排列。將鍋子放在烤架上(也可用 200°C 烤箱烘烤),靜置不動地烹調至番茄非常軟嫩(約 45–50 分鐘)。瀝去多餘液體,保持溫熱備用。
- 另取一鍋加熱橄欖油,放入瑞士甜菜與大蒜,偶爾攪拌,炒至葉菜變軟(約 2–4 分鐘)。與切片的戰斧牛排及烤番茄一同上桌享用。
