材料

  • 2 片橙鯛魚柳
  • 1/2 杯檸檬汁
  • 1 茶匙胡桃油、酪梨油或植物油
  • 1 1/2 茶匙新鮮馬郁蘭葉(或 1/2 茶匙乾馬郁蘭葉)
  • 1/8 茶匙鹽
  • 2 顆中型李子番茄,切碎(約 3/4 杯)
  • 1/2 顆甜椒,切成圓環
  • 1 顆小洋蔥,切片

製作說明

  1. 將魚放入淺玻璃碟中。混合檸檬汁與核桃油,倒在魚上。蓋上蓋子並放入冰箱冷藏,至少醃15分鐘,但不超過1小時。
  2. 將烤箱預熱至華氏375度(約攝氏190度)。將魚瀝乾,醃汁丟棄。撒上馬鬱蘭與鹽調味。將魚放在一張長約12至15吋的鋁箔紙或烘焙紙上。在魚上鋪上番茄、甜椒與洋蔥。
  3. 將魚包起來並密封好,放在烤盤上。烘烤約15分鐘,或直到魚用叉子輕鬆剝開即可。
