  • 400g Black Angus Striploin Steak, cut into 1/2” cubes
  • 200g mushrooms, cleaned, washed and halved
  • 30 ml melted butter or olive oil
  • 5 ml Worcestershire sauce
  • 2.5 ml garlic powder
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
  • Minced parsley
  • Chilli Flakes

  1. Rinse and thoroughly pat dry the steak cubes. Combine the steak cubes and mushrooms in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter (or olive oil), Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the steak and mushrooms and toss to coat evenly.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 4 minutes.
  3. Spread the steak and mushrooms in an even layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10-18 minutes, shaking and flipping the steak and mushrooms 2 times during the cooking process. The cooking time will depend on your preferred doneness, the thickness of the steak, and the size of your air fryer. If you want the steak more done, add an extra 2-5 minutes of cooking time.
  4. Check the steak to see how well it is cooked. Garnish with minced parsley, drizzle with melted butter and chilli flakes, and season with additional salt and pepper if desired. Serve warm.
