製作說明
- 首先製作醃料。在碗中混合香料和 3 湯匙鹽,然後加入油攪拌成糊狀。用刀在每根短肋骨上挖一個深洞,然後將香料混合物擦遍洞口,將味道融入肉中。放在托盤上,蓋上蓋子並冷藏過夜。
- 第二天,將烤箱加熱至 150C/130C 風扇/燃氣 2. 在一個大而淺的平底鍋中加熱油,倒入洋蔥並煎至顏色開始變深、變深——大約 20 分鐘。不要害怕顏色,這會給這道菜增添驚人的鹹味甜味。倒入啤酒並煮沸至減半,然後加入高湯、糖漿、百里香。攪拌均勻並用文火燉。將醃製好的排骨放入最大的烤盤中。倒入洋蔥和啤酒燉液,然後用箔紙蓋緊。轉移到烤箱,將排骨煮 5 小時或直到真正變軟。
