1 x OCEAN CATCH NZ PREMIUM HOKI FISH FINGERS CRUMBED (15 FISH FINGERS, 400G) | NEW
50 g tomatoes
1 red onion
1 chilli (or the amount to taste)
1 red pepper
30 g coriander / cilantro (cilantro)
1 teaspoon hot sauce
4 tortilla wraps
1. Cook the Ocean Catch Fish Fingers following the directions on the packaging for your cooking method whilst preparing the Tacos
2. Chop up the tomatoes, red onion, chilli & pepper into small pieces & add to a bowl.
3. Cut up the lettuce into thin strips & mix into the other ingredients.
4. Squeeze the juice from half a lime. (Save the other half for squeezing over the finished fish finger tacos)
5. Chop up the coriander/cilantro & mix in.
6. Add the chilli sauce if you want some extra heat.
7. Mix everything together & leave to the side until the fish is cooked.
8. When the fish fingers are cooked, warm up the tortilla wraps.
9. Add the fish fingers to the tortilla wraps & add the salsa.
