材料

  • 4 片鮭魚柳
  • 1 湯匙橄欖油
  • 1 茶匙鹽
  • 1 茶匙研磨芫荽粉
  • 1 茶匙孜然粉
  • 1 茶匙紅椒粉
  • 1 茶匙洋蔥粉
  • 1 茶匙黑胡椒粉

酪梨莎莎醬

  • 1 顆酪梨,去皮、去核並切片
  • 1 小顆紅洋蔥,切片
  • 3 根溫和辣椒,去籽去筋,切丁或切片
  • 2 顆萊姆榨汁
  • 3 湯匙橄欖油
  • 2 湯匙香菜末
  • 適量鹽調味

製作說明

  1. 將鹽、芫荽粉、孜然粉、紅椒粉、洋蔥粉與黑胡椒混合均勻,將鮭魚柳抹上橄欖油後,再均勻塗抹這些香料混合物,放入冰箱冷藏至少 30 分鐘。
  2. 預熱烤架。
  3. 將酪梨、紅洋蔥、辣椒、香菜、萊姆汁、橄欖油與鹽放入碗中拌勻,冷藏備用。
  4. 將鮭魚烤至喜歡的熟度。
  5. 將烤好的鮭魚淋上酪梨莎莎醬,可搭配白飯一起享用。
