材料

  • 4 片比目魚柳
  • 5 顆小土豆(約 400 克),刷洗乾淨並切成楔形
  • 1 顆洋蔥,對半切開並切片
  • 2 瓣大蒜,粗略切碎
  • 1/2 茶匙乾牛至或 1/2 湯匙新鮮牛至,切碎
  • 2 湯匙橄欖油
  • 1/2 顆檸檬,切成楔形
  • 2 顆大番茄,切成楔形
  • 一小把香菜,粗略切碎

製作說明

  1. 將烤箱預熱至 200°C / 180°C 風扇模式 / 瓦斯 6。將土豆、洋蔥、大蒜、牛至和橄欖油放入烤盤中,調味後,用手將所有食材混合均勻,使每樣食材都沾上油。烤 15 分鐘,翻動所有食材,再烤 15 分鐘。
  2. 加入檸檬和番茄,繼續烤 10 分鐘,然後將魚柳放在上面(註:如喜歡,可在烹飪前去除魚皮),再烤 10 分鐘。最後撒上香菜,即可上桌。
