製作說明
- 將烤箱預熱至 200°C / 180°C 風扇模式 / 瓦斯 6。將土豆、洋蔥、大蒜、牛至和橄欖油放入烤盤中,調味後,用手將所有食材混合均勻,使每樣食材都沾上油。烤 15 分鐘,翻動所有食材,再烤 15 分鐘。
- 加入檸檬和番茄,繼續烤 10 分鐘,然後將魚柳放在上面(註:如喜歡,可在烹飪前去除魚皮),再烤 10 分鐘。最後撒上香菜,即可上桌。
