材料

  • 4 片鱸魚柳
  • 1 顆檸檬,檸檬皮和檸檬汁
  • 3/4 杯麵包屑
  • 1/4 茶匙檸檬胡椒調味料
  • 3 湯匙青醬
  • 1/4 杯核桃,細切
  • 3 湯匙新鮮香菜
  • 8 瓣大蒜
  • 橄欖油噴霧

配菜

  • 4 杯馬鈴薯泥
  • 4 杯生菜,切絲
  • 1 杯櫻桃番茄

製作說明

  1. 預熱烤箱至 375°F(約 190°C)。將魚柳放在鋁箔紙覆蓋的烤盤上。將檸檬汁擠在每片魚柳上。將麵包屑與調味料、青醬、核桃、檸檬皮屑和香菜混合。輕輕壓在魚柳上。
  2. 將大蒜加入烤盤中。將每片魚柳和大蒜噴上一些橄欖油。放入烤箱中烤 20-25 分鐘,直到魚肉變嫩且金黃,大蒜變軟。
  3. 將魚柳與加了烤大蒜肉的馬鈴薯泥、生菜和番茄一起上桌。
