香草塗層鱸魚柳食譜

製作說明
- 預熱烤箱至 375°F(約 190°C)。將魚柳放在鋁箔紙覆蓋的烤盤上。將檸檬汁擠在每片魚柳上。將麵包屑與調味料、青醬、核桃、檸檬皮屑和香菜混合。輕輕壓在魚柳上。
- 將大蒜加入烤盤中。將每片魚柳和大蒜噴上一些橄欖油。放入烤箱中烤 20-25 分鐘,直到魚肉變嫩且金黃,大蒜變軟。
- 將魚柳與加了烤大蒜肉的馬鈴薯泥、生菜和番茄一起上桌。
