製作說明
- 將烤箱預熱至180°C/160°C(風扇)/瓦斯標記4。
- 在鍋中加熱油,加入洋蔥和豬肉,將各面煎至金黃。加入歐防風、鼠尾草和啤酒調味。
- 將食材轉入大型耐烤砂鍋中,鋪上蕪菁片和馬鈴薯片,並點上奶油。
- 蓋上鍋蓋或鋁箔紙,放入烤箱烤1個半小時,取下蓋子再烤最後30分鐘。
