材料

  • 900克瘦豬頸肉或肩肉片,切成1-2英寸大小
  • 1湯匙油
  • 2顆洋蔥,去皮並粗切
  • 3根歐防風,去皮並粗切
  • 2大枝新鮮切碎的鼠尾草
  • 150毫升甜味果香啤酒
  • 2顆白蕪菁,去皮並切片
  • 2顆大馬鈴薯,去皮並切片
  • 1湯匙奶油

製作說明

  1. 將烤箱預熱至180°C/160°C(風扇)/瓦斯標記4。
  2. 在鍋中加熱油,加入洋蔥和豬肉,將各面煎至金黃。加入歐防風、鼠尾草和啤酒調味。
  3. 將食材轉入大型耐烤砂鍋中,鋪上蕪菁片和馬鈴薯片,並點上奶油。
  4. 蓋上鍋蓋或鋁箔紙,放入烤箱烤1個半小時,取下蓋子再烤最後30分鐘。
