做法說明

                用鹽和胡椒粉在豬肩肉兩面充分調味您也可以根據自己的口味喜好添加其他調味料或香料

                在淺盤或盤子裡放入麵粉將每塊豬肩排裹上麵粉,確保四面均勻裹上麵粉

                在大平底鍋或煎鍋中加入植物油,以中高火燒熱加入足夠的油以覆蓋鍋底,形成淺煎的環境

                油熱後,小心地將塗抹好的豬肩排放入鍋中注意避免鍋內過於擁擠;必要時可分批煎炸

                每面煎約 3-4 分鐘,直至煎至金黃色並熟透根據牛排的厚度調整烹調時間

                烤熟後,將炸好的豬肩排移到鋪有紙巾的盤子裡,吸乾多餘的油這樣有助於保持酥脆

                上桌前讓肉排靜置幾分鐘,以保持其多汁的口感與您喜歡的配菜或醬汁一起熱食

                • Vegetable oil for frying

                製作說明

                2. Season the pork shoulder steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides. You can also add any additional seasonings or spices according to your taste preferences.
                3. Place the flour in a shallow dish or plate. Dredge each pork shoulder steak in the flour, ensuring it is evenly coated on all sides.
                4. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat. Add enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan, creating a shallow frying environment.
                5. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the coated pork shoulder steaks to the pan. Be cautious to avoid overcrowding the pan, fry in batches if necessary.
                6. Fry the steaks for approximately 3-4 minutes per side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Adjust the cooking time based on the thickness of the steaks.
                7. Once cooked, transfer the fried pork shoulder steaks to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil. This helps maintain their crispiness.
                8. Allow the steaks to rest for a few minutes before serving to retain their juiciness. Serve them hot with your favorite side dishes or sauces.
