- 在淺盤或盤子裡放入麵粉。 將每塊豬肩排裹上麵粉,確保四面均勻裹上麵粉。
- 在大平底鍋或煎鍋中加入植物油,以中高火燒熱。 加入足夠的油以覆蓋鍋底,形成淺煎的環境。
- 油熱後,小心地將塗抹好的豬肩排放入鍋中。 注意避免鍋內過於擁擠;必要時可分批煎炸。
