- Season the pork shoulder steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides. You can also add any additional seasonings or spices according to your taste preferences.
- Place the flour in a shallow dish or plate. Dredge each pork shoulder steak in the flour, ensuring it is evenly coated on all sides.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat. Add enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan, creating a shallow frying environment.
- Once the oil is hot, carefully add the coated pork shoulder steaks to the pan. Be cautious to avoid overcrowding the pan, fry in batches if necessary.
