煎干貝配紅蔥頭香草醬食譜

材料
- 1/2 把 新鮮平葉香菜(僅取葉子),切碎(約 1 杯)
製作說明
- 將紅蔥頭、大蒜、香菜、龍蒿、奧勒岡、鹽和橄欖油放入食物處理器中,脈衝至形成糊狀。將干貝放入大碗中,加入一半的紅蔥頭混合物(約 1/4 杯),輕輕攪拌均勻。蓋上並放入冰箱,醃製至少 20 分鐘或最多 8 小時。將檸檬汁加入剩餘的一半紅蔥頭混合物中,放一旁備用。
- 將 3 顆干貝串在每根 8 根(6 英寸)木簽上。輕輕塗抹菜籽油於烤盤上,並將烤盤加熱至非常熱。將串好的干貝放在烤盤上,靜置煎至干貝表面形成脆皮,約 3 分鐘。翻轉木簽,關火,讓干貝靜置 2 分鐘,直到完全煮熟。將剩餘的紅蔥頭混合物澆在干貝上。將熱騰騰的帶有醬汁的干貝連同烤盤一起端上桌。
