材料
製作說明
- 在一個小碗中混合鹽和黑胡椒,均勻地抹在整塊豬肩肉上,靜置15分鐘。
- 將大蒜、巴薩米克醋、橄欖油、辣椒蒜蓉醬與蜂蜜放入碗中混合均勻。
- 將調好的醃料塗抹在豬肉表面,蓋上保鮮膜冷藏醃製2至6小時,中途偶爾翻動。
- 燒烤前預熱BBQ烤爐,採用間接加熱法:只點燃一側火爐,另一側保持關閉,將溫度升至450°F(約232°C)。
- 將豬肉先放在有火的一側烤約15分鐘,翻面後移至無火的一側,間接加熱烤約1小時,直到肉的內部溫度達到145°F(約63°C)。
- 在烹調接近尾聲時,將剩下的醃料煮沸,可作為醬汁搭配豬肉食用。
