材料

  • 雞柳或雞胸肉,切約1英吋塊
  • 虎蝦或蝦,去腸泥及去殼
  • 2包即食泰式麵條
  • 3杯水
  • 4瓣拍碎大蒜
  • 1/4杯萊姆汁
  • 4片南薑
  • 2湯匙魚露
  • 1/2杯椰奶
  • 2根檸檬草,取下白色底部約三分之一,粗略切碎
  • 1個中型青蔥頭,對半剝皮(或半個小紅洋蔥亦可)
  • 1/2茶匙鹽和黑胡椒

製作說明

  1. 按包裝說明在鍋中煮即食麵,但不要加入調味包。煮好後瀝乾水分,放一旁備用。
  2. 在另一鍋中燒開水,加入檸檬草、大蒜瓣、青蔥頭和南薑,煮約1分鐘。
  3. 加入雞肉和蝦,持續煮至熟透。
  4. 加入椰奶和魚露,待煮沸後關火。
  5. 加入麵條和萊姆汁。
  6. 攪拌均勻,即可上桌享用!
