泰式牛鰍咖哩食譜

材料:

2包海洋捕撈澳洲牛鰍無骨連皮魚柳 (4塊魚柳,切成一口大小) 。 

1罐椰奶 

 1湯匙紅咖哩醬 

 1湯匙魚露 

 1湯匙棕櫚糖 

 1個紅甜椒,切成片 

 1個洋蔥,切成片 

 1湯匙的油 

 新鮮的羅勒葉,用於點綴 

 煮熟的米飯,供食用 

說明: 

1. 在一個大平底鍋中用中火加熱油。

2. 加入洋蔥和甜椒,翻炒2-3分鐘,直到變軟。 在平底鍋中加入紅咖哩醬,翻炒1-2分鐘,直到發出香味。

3. 你可以根據自己的口味調整咖哩醬和魚露的量,這取決於你喜歡咖哩的辣度或咸度。

材料:

  • 2 packs of Ocean Catch Australian Flathead Fish Fillets Boneless Skinless (4 flathead fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon of red curry paste
  • 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of palm sugar
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
  • Cooked rice, to serve

製作說明:

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and bell pepper and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  2. Add the red curry paste to the skillet and stir for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. You can adjust the amount of curry paste and fish sauce to your taste, depending on how spicy or salty you like your curry.
  4. Pour in the coconut milk, fish sauce, and palm sugar. Stir well to combine.
  5. Add the flathead pieces to the skillet and gently stir to coat them with the curry sauce. Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
  6. Serve the flathead curry hot over cooked rice, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
