製作說明
- 準備香腸:將烤架預熱至華氏 500 度(約攝氏 260 度)。用刀在香腸表面沿長度方向每半吋劃一道小口,深度約為一半。將香腸放上熱烤架,烤約 5 分鐘,期間不時翻轉,確保均勻熟透。
- 準備麵包:將麵包在工作檯上攤開,每個麵包均勻舀上適量的玉米莎莎醬並攤平。放上一根烤好的香腸。撒上喜愛的刨絲起司,再加入幾片烤過的墨西哥辣椒。將已備好的香腸麵包放入可進烤箱的焗盤或長方形烘焙盤中。
- 焗烤香腸:將焗盤放入預熱至華氏 250 度(約攝氏 120 度)的烤箱中,焗 10 至 15 分鐘,直到起司融化、麵包變得微酥。
- 完成與裝飾:混合美乃滋、萊姆汁與香菜,作為裝飾醬淋在香腸上。最後可加入喜愛的芥末醬享用。
