如何用櫻桃番茄準備澳洲鰈魚片?

材料:

  • 2份 海洋捕撈 澳洲無骨無皮扁頭魚魚柳(每包含2塊 x 140克)|新品
  • 1 1/2湯匙橄欖油
  • 2瓣大蒜,切薄片
  • 500克小番茄,對半切開
  • 2湯匙意大利黑醋
  • 1湯匙切絲的羅勒葉
  • 2杯芝麻菜

製作說明:

  1. 在鍋中以中火加熱2茶匙橄欖油。加入大蒜攪拌煮1-2分鐘,至柔軟。加入小番茄和意大利黑醋,調味後蓋上鍋蓋,以小火煮3-4分鐘,至番茄變軟但仍保持形狀。將鍋移離火源,攪入羅勒葉。
  2. 同時,為魚調味。在煎鍋中以中高火加熱剩下的1湯匙橄欖油。將魚煎每面2分鐘,至金黃並熟透。將魚柳分配到盤子上,淋上醬汁,並搭配芝麻菜食用。
