如何用大蒜和第戎準備烤三文魚片?

特級新西蘭帝王鮭帶皮魚片 (200G)

原料:

4 X 優質新西蘭帝王鮭帶皮魚片(200 克)
2湯匙新鮮歐芹,切碎
2 湯匙 淡橄欖油,不是特級初榨橄欖油
2湯匙新鮮檸檬汁
3 瓣大蒜,壓榨
0.5湯匙第戎芥末
0.5茶匙鹽,我們用海鹽
0.13茶匙黑胡椒
0.5 個檸檬,切成 4 環

方法:

1. 將烤箱預熱至 450˚F,並在有邊的烤盤上鋪上箔紙。將三文魚切成 4 份,然後將它們放在有襯裡的烤盤上,帶皮的一面朝下。
2. 在一個小碗中,混合:2 湯匙歐芹、2-3 瓣大蒜、2 湯匙油和 2 湯匙檸檬汁、1/2 湯匙第戎、1/2 茶匙鹽和 1/8 茶匙胡椒粉。
3. 將醃料大量塗抹在三文魚的頂部和兩側,然後在每片上面放上一片檸檬。
4. 在 450°F 下烘烤 12-15 分鐘或直到完全煮熟並呈片狀。不要煮過頭。
