如何用五香、辣椒、芝麻準備澳洲肺魚?

OCEAN CATCH 帶皮澳洲肺魚魚片

準備時間: 15 分鐘/烹飪時間:10 分鐘/份量:4 份

原料:
720 克 OCEAN CATCH 澳洲肺魚去骨帶皮魚片
2 湯匙玉米粉
½ 茶匙,中國五香粉
1 湯匙菜籽油
1 整個,去籽,切成薄片的新鮮紅辣椒
2 丁香,切成薄片的大蒜
2 茶匙,磨碎的新鮮生薑
200 克,切碎的甜豌豆
1 個介質,切成薄片的紅辣椒
1 束,切碎,切片的白菜
2湯匙減鹽醬油
2 茶匙,輕烤芝麻

方法:
1. 將玉米粉和五種香料混合在一個大盤子裡,用鹽和胡椒調味。將魚在玉米粉混合物中撒上灰塵,輕輕塗抹並抖掉多餘的部分。
2. 在一個大的不粘煎鍋中用中高溫加熱油。將魚每面煮 2-3 分鐘,或煮至金黃並煮熟。
3. 同時,在一個大炒鍋裡輕輕噴上油,然後用大火加熱。將辣椒、大蒜和生薑翻炒 20 秒或直至散發出香味。加入甜豌豆和辣椒,翻炒 2 分鐘。加入白菜,再炒 2 分鐘或直到蔬菜變軟。加入醬油並攪拌均勻。
4. 將蔬菜分裝在盤子裡。撒上芝麻,上面放上魚。

與蒸印度香米一起食用。
