  • 2 大匙薑,切成細絲
  • 2 青蔥,切成薄片

  • 1 大匙米醋
  • 1 茶匙芝麻油
  • 1/2 茶匙糖
  • 鹽分和現磨黑胡椒適量

製作說明:

  1. 用紙巾拍乾盲曹魚柳,加入少許鹽巴和黑胡椒調味。
  2. 在耐熱盤或蒸籠中,將魚柳擺放成單層。

薑蔥芫茜蒸盲曹食譜

材料:

  • 4 barramundi fillets
  • 2 tablespoons julienned fresh ginger
  • 2 shallots, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

製作說明:

  1. Pat the barramundi fillets dry with paper towels and season them with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  2. In a heatproof dish or steamer-safe plate, arrange the barramundi fillets in a single layer.
  3. Scatter the julienned ginger, sliced shallots, and chopped coriander leaves evenly over the top of the fish.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the light soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar. Pour this mixture over the fish and ingredients in the dish.
  5. Fill a wok or large pot with water, making sure the water level is just below the bottom of the steamer. Bring the water to a boil.
  6. Place the dish with the barramundi into the steamer and cover with a lid.
  7. Steam the fish for 8-10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Carefully remove the steamed barramundi from the steamer and transfer it to a serving plate.
  9. Spoon the ginger, shallot, and coriander mixture from the dish over the top of the fish.
  10. Serve the Steamed Barramundi Fillet with Ginger, Shallot, and Coriander immediately, accompanied by steamed rice or your preferred side dish.
