如何準備燒烤紐西蘭羊架?
材料:
- 1 x NZ PREMIUM GRASSFED 2 羊排烤法式(2 X 烤架,16 塊肉排)
製作說明:
- 對於醃料,將油、檸檬汁、果皮、大蒜、迷迭香、鹽和胡椒混合在一個小碗中。
- 將羊肉放入大烤盤或可重新密封的塑料袋中。
- 將醃料倒在羊肉上,然後將混合物塗在羊肉上。
- 蓋上蓋子,放入冰箱醃製一夜。
- 將燒烤爐調至中等溫度,大約 160°C。
- 先將羊骨面朝下,煎4分鐘。
- 將肉翻過來,間接加熱 15 分鐘。這會將它們煮熟至半熟。
- 繼續煮至所需的熟度。
- 將羊肉從火上移開,靜置 10 分鐘,然後切成排骨。
