如何準備 BBQ 烤新西蘭羊排?

原料:

1 x NZ PREMIUM GRASSFED 2 羊排烤法式(2 X 烤架,16 塊肉排)
60 毫升(4 湯匙)橄欖油
1 個檸檬,榨汁和去皮
4 瓣大蒜,去皮並壓碎
15 毫升(1 湯匙)迷迭香,洗淨並切碎
椒鹽

方法:

1. 對於醃料,將油、檸檬汁、果皮、大蒜、迷迭香、鹽和胡椒混合在一個小碗中。
2. 將羊肉放入大烤盤或可重新密封的塑料袋中。
3. 將醃料倒在羊肉上,然後將混合物塗在羊肉上。

5. 將燒烤爐調至中等溫度,大約 160°C。
